This job was completed at the start of 2023. We used a Canadian style of framing to maximise insulation and wool insulation was used. The house was built to last from well above code engineering of the foundations and structure to the highest quality materials used throughout the build. Euro tray roofing and cedar cladding mixed with architectural details all over the house kept us on our toes.
Young architects really pushed boundaries to design such a large family home maximising the site while still maintaining a timeless and beautiful design.
As with all of our builds we worked very closely with our Architects and our lovely clients to achieve all the details required to make this a high end family home.
