This early 1900s villa (3 bedroom 1 bath) that wasn't touched for years and received extensive damage from the Christchurch earthquakes. The repair and renovation also kept in line with the original architecture of the home.

This is the first of seven apartments in a complex which were completed by Concept 2 Construction Ltd
